MANAGING PARTNER
Shawn W. Jones
Shawn brings over 26 years of experience in construction management and development to JB Realty Partners. He oversees due diligence, feasibility, entitlement, permitting and construction. His expertise in the construction and development industry consists of experience either building or developing over six million square feet of retail space (single-tenant, inline, junior box and big box) 350,000-square-feet of medical clean room and office space, and over four million square feet of Class A industrial and distribution warehouses. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University. Outside the office, Shawn and his wife Kelly are either traveling to see their adult children or doing their best to keep up with them when they come home from college. Shawn spends most of his downtime outdoors—in the woods, on the golf course, or attempting to fish around Tampa Bay, all with questionable success. Luckily, his family still loves him, and thankfully, he's a much better developer than fisherman!
MANAGING PARTNER
Neil T. Buck
Neil has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Before co-founding JB Realty Partners, he was a senior analyst at CBRE, Inc., providing valuation and consulting services for investment-grade assets. At JB Realty Partners, Neil focuses on site selection and underwriting for both build-to-suit and value-add investment opportunities. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. When not searching for the next great site or entitling properties, Neil can be found negotiating bedtime deals and honing his dad-joke skills with his two young kids. He loves being out on the boat and wrangling his kids at the beach. He’s also a self-proclaimed barbecue expert who firmly believes he could hold his own against the world’s best pitmasters—though his friends and family are always there to gently remind him to keep his day job!
