After successfully developing the O'Reilly Auto Parts on an adjacent parcel, JB Realty Partners acquired additional property to support the construction of an 18,142-square-foot grocery store for Aldi. JBRP handled the land acquisition and due diligence efforts, executing a ground lease with Aldi that allowed them to expand into the Brooksville market. Strategically located on Cortez Boulevard, this new store sits directly in front of a multi-family development and is surrounded by retail establishments, significantly enhancing its visibility and accessibility.
