United Health/Optum partnered with JB Realty Partners to establish a Preferred Developer Program for new primary care clinics across Florida. JBRP was instrumental in developing Optum's prototypical clinics, which range from 5,600 to 9,800 square feet and accommodate two to four physicians. A project of significance in St. Petersburg presented challenges due to its relocation status and strict locational requirements. JBRP successfully identified and acquired a branch bank with excess land, utilizing it for the build-to-suit development of a 5,600-square-foot clinic, ensuring Optum's continued presence in the community.
