JBRP acquired a historic mixed-use building in downtown Lakeland, Florida, originally constructed in the early 1900s, and completed a comprehensive renovation. Known as the Nathan’s Building, it housed Nathan’s Men’s Store from the 1960s until 2021 and previously accommodated various retailers and professional offices. Following the acquisition in 2021, JBRP transformed the underutilized second floor into professional office space and re-tenanted the ground floor with a regional bank and a catering/events venue for Nineteen61, a well-known local restaurant. Additionally, JBRP owns other mixed-use properties in downtown Lakeland, featuring restaurants, office spaces, and a rooftop bar.
