JBRP provided construction management services for Family Dollar Stores in relocating an inline storefront to a freestanding building within the same shopping center in Bartow, Florida. Despite facing numerous legal and logistical challenges during the shopping center's redevelopment, JBRP successfully delivered a new 8,320-square-foot freestanding store for Family Dollar. This initial project established JBRP as a Preferred Developer for Family Dollar, leading to the completion of both fee development and build-to-suit projects across various cities in Florida.
