In 2013, Northern Tool and Equipment turned to JBRP to facilitate their expansion into the Birmingham, Alabama market. Leveraging a strong relationship with Northern Tool’s Director of Construction, JBRP quickly identified and secured an ideal property. Within two months, JBRP completed all due diligence, civil and architectural design, and successfully obtained full entitlements for the site. After an efficient eight-month construction period, JBRP handed over the keys to Northern Tool’s new 18,000-square-foot store in Hoover, Alabama.
