JBRP acquired a strategically located, yet dilapidated, church for redevelopment along Beville Road in Daytona Beach, Florida. This project involved a comprehensive rezoning process, requiring extensive neighborhood and city commission meetings to secure full approval. The redevelopment includes three retail buildings and land for 32 multi-family units. JBRP successfully secured leases with O'Reilly Auto Parts, Tire Kingdom, and Huey Magoos, completing the commercial phase of this multi-phase project.
